So I am running exchange 2007 and up until yesterday there was a menu that allowed for the user to open other mailboxes through the Outlook Web Application. You would click on the name of the mailbox and it would let you type in the name of the mailbox you wish to open. I have full access to these boxes, yet the button that has the mailbox name no longer shows up in the application. It is usually on the top right corner. Is there a option somewhere that I have overlooked? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance guys.
