Hi Guys,
it is hard for me to get the GOMS model for the following scenario :( there is a system where users need to reserve tickets to long journeys using the system, users can be leisure and professional users as it states, i need to identify the user types and their characteristics, and then according to them apply the GOMS model. how to identify the users? novice professional users or expert professional users and same kind of users in the leisure category?
how to add GOMS to this scenario??
