How to get up to speed with C++ if you're a .NET developer?

I'm a C# developer with ~2 years professional experience and fairly good knowledge of various programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++, SML, OCaml etc.).

So, assuming that I don't have to learn basics of programming - what resources would you recommend to get up to speed with C++ programming? I mean - how can I learn what's being used right now - libraries, frameworks, in order to, for example, change the career path from .NET to C++ (and possibly Python and Java)?
