outlook macro to add text in the middle of email body

Hi,

I am very new to coding in outlook macro and I am badly stuck with this problem. I have a string variable and i have a email template.The thing is, i want to add this string variable to this email template but i need to add in the middle for example, after "APPLICATION:", i wanna add the string in the email. Could you pls help. I am in desperate need. Thanks.
