Excel-2007 - IF Cell A1 = Yes then Fill Red Color in B1

Hi

I have a worksheet in Excel-2007 with Column 1 and Column 2

If the Cell 1 under column 1 is having a value of Yes in it then I want the Cell 1 in Column 2 to be filled in red color (irrespective of the content in Cell 1 in column 2)
