jScrollPane and Drop Down Select Issue?

Question

I'm currently having an issue with jScrollPane and a Date of Birth menu. The drop down menu within IE seems to have trouble selecting a date, month and year.

If you scroll down to the d.o.b and attempt to select a different date from the default nothing happens. When I remove the jScrollPane the issue goes away?

Would anyone be able to help resolve this issue?
