Invalid API key specified!

I am new to the Facebook and trying to integrate it with my website.

Today, I have tried to use it usng FBML It display the login button but when I click that button it display

"Invalid API key specified

The application you are trying to access does not exist or has been disabled."

I do not what the problem. Could you please help me identify the problem. Is this something related to setting in my application.
