Prototype light box removes swf

Hi,

I have a web page which has a swf in it and prototype light box. When you play the swf it works fine, but when I launch the lightbox you can see the swf disappear. Then when the lightbox is closed the swf doesn't work as it should.

Anyone come across this before and know of a fix? seems to only affect IE7.
