We have had some problems with the way our site is displayed only under certain conditions specifically when viewed with Internet Explorer. The site was created with Joomla and is template based. I believe the problem occurs because of a conflict between a script for the menu's on the template, and some other script I am not sure of.
The problem that occurs is slow response from drop down menu's and overall slow response of site until IE actually crashes. Using developer tools with IE if you set to load as IE7 or compatibility mode, the problem worsens. The user is unable to point to set the cursur in the single line text inputboxes on the contact forms under the contact link at the bottom of the page.
With all that being said, some IE users have no trouble at all with the site, while some do, which I don't quite understand as to why.
If anyone is able to troubleshoot this to point me closer to where the error may be occuring I would really appreciate it. The site is located at http://www.bartendmyparty.com
