Integration of Screenshot Effect in MicroSoft Word 2010

I am impressed alot by the new Microsoft Office 2010 New Feature's. So i am thinking of creating a particular effect in my Own Application Which is Based On Image Processing.

Can Anyone help me out how to create Integration of Screenshot Effect which is in MS WORD 2010(Screen Clipping & Remove background of Images). I want to create this effect in Visual Studio C#.
