display image as OLE object in crystal report 10.0 and IIS 7

Hi I have crystal report 10.0 and IIS 7 (windows 2007) installed.I have added an image in my crystal report.When view the report from my web application, the added image is not displayed.but when i export to PDF file it gets displayed.

How can i solve this so that my crystal report displays the image in my rpeort.
