My boss's boss would like to have a video player site that looks like:
Doing some research I am assuming that BP used the Flash Youtube API to create that flash video selector up top. I haven't found out how they embedded it in the top of the channel. Also would be cool if I could use Javascript to achieve a similar effect. Though this looks like strictly Silverlight/Flash thing. Probably could be done in HTML5 in the future when there is better support.
