MOSS 2007 and SSRS 2005 in integrated mode refresh subscriptions

I have an issue with SharePoint where my SSRS reports subscriptions are intermittently failing to email.

1) I'd love to get to the bottom of this issue... This was my original question
2) Each time this fails I have to manually refresh all the subscriptions (I change the time by 1 minute), this seems to work for a few days - to a few weeks until it breaks again.

My question is how do I programatically change SSRS subscriptions in MOSS?
