Facebook connect SDK upgrade?

Hi,

I want to upgrade Facebook connect to most recent one. Its old JS SDK with xd_receiver.html I cant find any explanation about using old xd_receiver.html and does new SDK using it now?

Could anyone point me to some tutorial how to upgrade from old API to the new one? Also should I upgrade PHP SDK?
