MSMQ service does not restart on rebooting the machine

Hi,

I have Windows XP SP3 installed on my machine. I am using MSMQ. When I restart the machine, the Message queuing service does not start automatically though the service startup type is set to automatic. I followed the steps mentioned in the below link but it did not work. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/234372 What changes can we do in order to make sure MSMQ service runs automatically even on rebooting the machine. Need your help.
