We are currently experiencing problems with OWA when connecting from an external network location using the premium client. The issue is known and they would like to see if there is a workaround.
I have been asked to investigate how we can force users to use the light option when connecting from an external location. The problems aren't seen when using the light version!!!
I have found articles stating that you can set properties for each individual user to be forced to lite but this would mean that they lose the use of the premium version inside the company network.
Any input is hugely appreciated.
