Would anybody recommend a tool or approach where I can create a document which explains how UI looks and all interaction between my UI components. It should be some kind of diagram showing data flow, user interactions and in same time show UI mockups. I want to describe all UI operation informal and clearly understandable format. Thank you

The obvious answer would be pen and paper, but if you're looking for something digital, Balsamiq Mockups is a really good solution.

I'm familiar with that tool! I like it, but I would like in addition to mock ups describe also data flows and user interactions.
