Ctrl+T - Find Type
It takes some training to get use to it, and VS2010 added native support for this, but if you need to quickly find a class Ctrl+T gives you very quick access to switch files. They also support camel characters only. So SqlMembershipProvider can be found by typing 'SMP'.

lowercase camelhumps. Complete TreeModelView with just "tmv". No more shifting like crazy :)
