Although this doesn't directly answers your question buy maybe you might want to get an ebook and have them read out to you using the audio mode. As far as i know adobe reader has this feature.
It'll be fun to have the code blocks read out to you with robotic like voices, although i would prefer if they have voice like Hal 9K.
Or if you have the time and much prefer to listen to human voice, you can read them out yourself and record them down. If there's no copyright violation you can even share them out with other developers. This will helps a lot if you sound like Bender :)
