Custom FileDialog in MFC or File Dialog in Expolorer mode

I am newbie in MFC Programming, i want to Create Custom File Dialog for our application, which has totally diffrent look and feel than the default windows file dialog.... I looked into many Flag value bt they won't worth it ...

Any pointers will be helpful Thnks... Mukesh

I know, though 'custom' is a little bit vague. You can use your own screen having the same functionality though why are you are trying to do it anyway?
