Data source wizard: An error occurred while retrieving information from the database

I have a winform application with 15 different datasets. Lately, when I open a dataset for modification or try to create a new database the wizard gives an E_UNEXPECTED error saying "An error occurred while retrieving information from the database". I tried going through server exploere to connect to the same database and still get the same error. IDE - VS2008 Database - Access 2007 accdb file. No other program is running when i get this error. Any help is appreciated as I cannot work if the wizard does not work :( Is there a limit on the number of datasets one could have in the application?
