Programmatically Create a View in SharePoint 2010

Question

Hi I am trying to create usign code a view for a picture Library, I found this link on how to do it but the link only shows part of the code, i don't know if this should be a feature or a webpart.

Hi,

You can use this either way around. Make it a feature and on activated event write this code and deploy it and activate the feature afterwards.
