learning to use eclipse-cdt ide

I'm on the stage of learning C++ using the Eclipse-CDT IDE. Besides reading on the official documentation, I'll like to learn using it and some good tips&tricks as looking over a "colleague's shoulder". Do you know any videos or short but rich tutorials, blog posts about how to use the Eclipse-CDT IDE?

I've searched into youtube for video tips useful in the daily use of eclipse-cdt but without lock.
