I manage a website which houses several pieces of Seller and Buyer(member) information. In order to cut costs, we decided we wanted to launch an all-web-based CRM system which allows us to look into customer information, update that information, perhaps process payments/change payment schedules, etc.
Similarly, our site houses several pieces of Agent information (which follows the same logic as above). While building out in very basic form is quite simple, I was curious if anybody has recommendations on existing templates or software pieces we could integrate with our existing platform to manage the process more easily.
I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, only looking for something very easy to use, secure, and aesthetically pleasing to our customer service representatives. The final requirement must be that it is customizeable to our needs for any future expansion.
The site is written in PHP and information stored in MySQL tables.
What I am NOT looking for:
Using other websites/datacenters to house our conusmer information
Implement third party software such as SalesForce-
- Anything not open source (although I am convinceable here).
