VB.NET - Loading box/Catch PHP

Hi,

How would I get a box in VB.NET that reads the status of my PHP side?

E.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8KbDcvUC6w - Look at "sending to shells" in the box all of the text in the box is from a PHP file. How would I get those message to load at that same speed?
