I've noticed in searching Bing that I sometimes don't get the results I'm expecting. For example, the search

"Singapore Bao" "29 Bendeemer Road" "330029"

returns 10 results, 2 pages that contains all of the above phrase

Looks like Bing does some phrase manipulation. If I only want to see those two results the advanced search page indicates I should add a "+" sign to my query to make sure the exact phrase is used

+"Singapore Bao" "29 Bendeemer Road" "330029"

This return 0 results, but looking at the cached page the phrases clearly exist. How about if I remove the + and run a narrower query?

"Singapore Bao" "330029"

0 results again. Why? Shouldn't I atleast get the 10 results from the first query?

I guess I'm just curious as to what Bing is doing here? Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
