Converting a Swf to png

Question

Is there a application (Or way in coldfusion/VB.net) to be able to convert a swf to png? It needs to be good quality and needs not to be too slow.

U can export directly from Adobe flash to PNG

or use

you can use swftools.

swfrender file.swf -o output.png
