Is there any online tool which helps clean code or write smaller code somewhat like what resharper does?

Why would you like to have it online? Resharper's a great addition to Visual Studio, isn't too costly for a company, and helps developers to get the job done in less time.
Ok, I know that sounds like marketing crap but since 2000 I've been developing the good old way and only started using Resharper in the beginning of 2009. Honestly I think Microsoft should buy it and integrate it directly into Visual Studio, it's like a siamese twin that should never have been split into 2 in the first place.
