I never even got my time frames to show on the y-axis! I put the format code in as hh:mmtt and that is waht I see on the y-axis! Can you help with displaying the times? I didn't get where you put the intervals of 12:00AM to 11:59PM.
Also - did you ever get your chart to work???

As the data grows, the scatter chart avoids X-axis values if it extends the (floating/numeric) limitations

Open the chart properties->X-Axis tab->Minor tick mark->Numeric or time-scale values... It should solve your problem.

Its been awhile since I touched this (I haven't had any use for it), but I'm pretty sure I remember that using that ended up turning my dates into seconds (no matter which option I used)
