Web Development Contract

Question

I'm about to develop a website for a company and I need a development contract for me to give them and for us to both sign.

Does anyone have any templates that I'd be able to modify for this purpose? Are there any places to look? Of course I'd prefer a free contract, but I'll pay for one if it's worth it.

Obviously if anyone suggest any sort of contract they are not liable or responsible for any issues that come with the contract.

It doesn't give meticulous detail, and isn't a template, but it suggests a great many things you'll want to include.
