I think it really depends on what you are looking for. Anders is the lead designer for the language but he's not the lead for the team actually implementing those language features.

Anders doesn't actually lead the team, he is merely an "influencer" and is the lead designer.

The Senior PM of the C# language team right now is Mads Torgersen. And leading up the efforts around the C# IDE features is Karen Liu.
