divitiae - No, I never found a "proper" solution to this issue. I ended up using TPT in order to avoid this issue but keep my inheritance structure =/

EntityModelCodeGenerator create 0..1 to many relation between two tables, Make it 1 to many.

In this kind of case it may be a possible Solution.
