Can you create a link in SMIL to jump inside an embedded Audio file to different times

I am trying to create a SMIL layout that will let me present a slideshow. The issue I am having is to be able to create an anchor that will move the playback head to a different point in time within the currently playing audio file (and NOT to a different chapter). Does anyone know if this is possible? I haven't found documentation that shows how this would be done.
