HTMLayout tutorials or guides?

Question

I've been looking at http://www.terrainformatica.com/ for a while,

I find the idea behind HTMLayout quite compelling, but I feel confused, I keep wondering: where is the documentation??

I just have no idea how to start using it.

Someone once suggested I use the Sciter instead, but again, same problem, I have no clue how to get started.

Any help appreciated!

Unfortunately, there is no complete detailed documentation.
