What alternatives are there if i would want to develop a usermode file system .net would be to prefer?
and im talking about windows :)
i know about winfuse are there any others? any one tryed them?

As far as I know there is no way to use it in a commercial project, it is under LGPL license. I would suggest using WebDAV server + built-in Windows/Mac OS X drive mounting functionality. Probably this is the most simple approach. To build a WebDAV server in .Net I would suggest IT Hit WebDAV Server Engine: http://www.webdavsystem.com/server

@user424257 doesn't the LGPL means that if you use a library than your project is "safe" and the only parts which remains open source is the library itself?. meaning that only changes to the library will need to be open sources.
