Comprehensive list of Delphi IDE Shortcuts

Question

I've seen different lists based on Adam Markovitz's (http://web.archive.org/web/20060213081516/http://blogs.borland.com/AdamMarkowitz/archive/2005/12/15/22523.aspx) like here or on Delphi Wiki, this other one from DelphiMiracles, or this table from Steve Trefethen.

And they are all somehow different.

Is there somewhere a comprehensive list with all the Default IDE shortcuts for D2007 and/or D2009?
Or do you know other lists that would complement those?

I did a video for CodeRage III that covers many IDE shortcuts. A definitive list would have been handy for making this video.

In May of this year (2009) I published a blog about Delphi's editor key combinations. At the end of this blog is a link to a PDF download of these key combinations, and there are well over 100 of them.

Note that this PDF is not a comprehensive list of IDE key combinations, but are specific to the code editor (and also does not include many of the debugger key combinations). Nonetheless, some of you may find this list useful.
