I've set up a domain for a client site. For myself and some outside testers, the domain resolves fine. External lookups and pings return the correct IP.
For the actual customer, however, that domain doesn't appear to exist! It also doesn't exist for Down for everyone or just me.
Any suggestions on what I might have missed?
