What website's are available to sell or swap programming and technical Books?
I've found SwapTree.com and PaperBackSwap.com
Are there any that are specific to technical books?
I tried that actually yesterday. but after all the fees there wasn't much left. Also Amazon does not allow you to set the shipping and the shipping "credits" are not always enough. For instance someone from Australia wanted one of my books but I was only given $12.49 for shipping, at it costs $21.

It is a good place to sell them but the fees are really high. $.99 listing fee + 15% of price + $1.35 closing and shipping credit may or may not cover the actual shipping costs because these tech books are so large and heavy.

Where are you shipping from? UPS, FedEx, USPS? The first time I tried shipping for an Amazon sale, UPS wanted $90 to send a CD to Spain, and said it would be 3-5 weeks. The post office sent it for $6.30 in 5 days.
