Does anyone know of an API or web site where if you enter in a home address, and it will return the listing of what elementary, middle/jr high, and high school that home is zoned too?
I've found some for particular states and some large cities but nothing at a national listing services so that you can enter in any address (regardless of state) and get the information of what elementary/high school that home is mapped too.

http://zillow.com/ has a lot of information on homes, and the public records associated with it including what high school/middle school/lower school are in that area.
There are plenty of places where there isn't a strict mapping between home address and school. For example, there are homes where residents can choose between different schools. Also, school districts with multiple schools will often change boundaries based on changes in school population. Realtors (at least where I live) always mention the particular schools but then say that this isn't guaranteed.
