Is there tool to construct XSL/XSL-FO with GUI?

is there any good tool to construct XSL and XSL-FO from XMLs / SQL queries but as GUI designer?

Altova StyleVision and Stylus Studio should both be worth to look at for you.

The best tool in my opinion is XF Designer from Ecrion. You can edit everything in WYSIWYG mode and have access to the source code in the same time.

Don't try to code XSL-FO based templates by hand! You have to use a good designer because after a year or so it will be very hard to make any changes to those stylesheets! I know, I've been there :) and it was not pretty!
