list of most useful developer tools

Question

I wanted to see a set of developer tools which really ease their jobs.please add to it...if i missed something

1. launchy
2. clcl (or any other clipboard manager which doesn't get in the way)
3. Network monitor (to observe some http traffic)
4. ccports (helps me see what ports are open)
5. Process explorer shell extension
6. autohotkey
7. apache directory browser (to work with LDAP and AD)
8. virtualBox (for a nice small vm running linux)

Not sure whether this question relates to programming. But I think following are must for a developer:

1. Internet connectivity
2. A good diff application (Beyond Compare)
