Well, if sending work elsewhere is "offshoring", then I guess the converse would be "onshoring".
"Outsourcing" vs. "insourcing"? Sounds dangerously like Microspeak to me...
Insourcing is commonly used... similar but not quite is "Near Shoring" used for off shoring to an SE Asian company from Australia.
