I recommend Googling for "does Google translation work in Moodle" and clicking on the first link. (At least, I presume that's what you want, your post is hardly clear). Aside from that, this isn't programming related.

Asking if a plugin works within a piece of software is support-related, not programming-related. If he'd found out it didn't work, and wanted to know how to best make it work, then it'd be programming-related.
