Custom Dialog not visible in Visual Studio Setup project

Hi Guys,

I created a new dialog using orca, however whenever I open my setup project to add the new dialog, then its visible with the other dialogs. I added the dialog to the 0 and to the folder 1033.

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\Tools\Deployment\VsdDialogs\0

I restarted VS but nothing seems to work. Is there anything I am missing here?
