You're working freelance with several small remote clients and you want to have a meeting via webcam. What do you use?

Please consider price, video quality, and minimum hassle for the clients. I'd prefer my clients don't have to pay anything or install anything for it to work. I'm already serving VNC in a Java applet, so something like that would be nice.

Skype is awesome, and oovoo looks great, but I'd like to have more than one client on the line at once without them having to pay a subscription too.

Something like Ustream.com or Justin.tv would be nice, but it would be better if all parties could talk.

Its really a toss up and depends more on your webcam than your software. Skype and MSN (Live Messenger) both have video conferencing capabilities that work great. While I've never done it, I know that Skype can conference with multiple participants at the same time, effectively a virtual boardroom.

Skype only supports one-on-one video chat. There were once competitors with similar names that offered multi-video chat, but they no longer exist. http://forum.skype.com/lofiversion/index.php/t63292.html

Justin.tv channels have pop-out windows that you can arrange to form a talking heads-like environment. With that said, you're probably better suited to use Team Apart (formerly Meetcast), a fellow Y Combinator startup.
