Hi, i'm new here and I don't know if this is the sort of site to ask such a question.
Basically i'm new to web design so I got myself the Sothink DHTML menu builder. A horizontal bar slides down below my menu and I was wondering if I could pass on that effect to the rest of the site, so instead of laying on top of my page content it sits above it?
I could paste some code if that will help, but i'm looking for any keywords or any advice at all you could spare.

I'm not really altering the site dramatically, i'm trying to create a horizontal drop down which is the width of the header so I can display things in detail with pictures etc but without the content laying underneath...
Some of it doesn't like being pasted even in quotes, I tried but it looks a mess. I need to get some hosting, put something online and i'll get back to you lot, thanks for showing an interest though...
