set the png images on dark background??

Hello, i want to set png images on dark background like black. i am displaying my images in picture box.but it is n't working... could any one help me??

Are you saying your images are displaying in the picture box but their background is not black, or are you saying your images aren't displaying at all?

If your .png images are displaying AND they have a transparent background THEN you can set the picturebox's background to black and it should produce the effect you want. If I understand you correctly..
