For what reason would you choose Team Foundation Server over a combination of Trac + Subversion + VisualSVN in a small Team (<5 developers) as your source control, issue tracking and documentation platform?

Those questions are not that similar. Comparing TFS with SVN is hardly possible. Only the combination of other tool will make them comparable. At the end I'm only interested in the arguments that would make TFS the better choice.

You cannot compare SVN with TFS. But you could do that with (SVN + Trac) & TFS. I am very interessted in that topic too.
