Which .NET framework version will be included in Windows 7?

Moayad Mardini
That was indeed the same question, but weirdly the selected answer didn't seem to actually answer the question.

The question was asked too far away from release. .NET 4.0 may have still been a possibility back then.

In the RC version its 3.51 i think.

4.0 will be released with VS2010.

Peter Marcu has a nice diagram showing the versions of .NET that come with different versions of Windows, including Windows 7 and Server 2008: alt text
