Training courses

I'm looking for some good training courses on Javascript, Ajax, or any other web development technologies in the Minneapolis / St. Paul Minnesota area. Anyone have any ideas? Local hands on training is preferred but online training will work to as long as it's good.

Any web development training is a really broad focus, what are you trying to accomplish? WHat type of knowledge are you looking for? DO you currently work with web development and just want to add to the resume, or are you looking to get started? A bit more help on what exactly you need and why might get you a few more genuine responses.
